Receive 30% off published rack rates, per room, per night for stays between
April 1 – August 30, 2012
Receive 13% off published rack rates, per room, per night for stays between
August 31 – December 19, 2012
Offer subject to availability at time of booking and can not be combined with
other promotions. Rates are subject to 19.84% tax and service charge per
night. Applicable discount is applied before tax and service charge. Dutch
Treat reservations for stays in 2012 are subject to our standard booking and
cancellation policies. This offer does not apply to the Bolivar Suite.

Package #1 "The Historical I Do"
Location: Octagon Museum
Set Up: 9 chairs with white chair covers, "red carpet runner" at the entrance
of the museum, a high bar table with table linen for the champagne toast, a
square table for the wedding cake including skirt for the table
Duration: approximately 1 hour.
Wedding cake: A pound cake, choice of shape between heart, round or
square. Color of the cake will be the couples’ choice.
Beverage: A welcome drink of Kiwi fruit punch and 1 bottle of champagne
"Chandon Brut Cuvee"
Decoration: A flower centerpiece with Carnations.
Wait staff: A full time staff member giving service under supervision of a
supervisor.
Price: US $600 plus 12% service charge plus 5% turnover tax.

Package # 2 "The Colonial I Do"
Location: The Sea Terrace, La Pergola
Set Up: 9 chairs with white chair covers, red carpet for the wedding couple
to stand on during ceremony, a high bar table with table linen for the
champagne toast, a square table for the wedding cake including skirt for the

Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
Wedding cake: A pound cake, choice of shape between heart, round or
square. Color of the cake will be the couples’ choice.
Beverage: A welcome drink of Kiwi fruit punch and 1 bottle of champagne

Location: Beach areas, excluding the Queens beach.

Wedding cake: A pound cake, choice of shape between heart, round or
square. Color of the cake will be the couples’ choice. Beach theme on the
cake.
Beverage: A welcome drink of coconut water served upon arrival and 1 bottle
of champagne "Chandon Brut Cuvee" served as a wedding toast

Dutch Treat Promotion
Forever Lovers is created especially for those who wish to indulge
themselves as well as their loved one(s) by adding special romantic
touches and enhance their experience of an unforgettable stay at the Avila
Hotel.
Package includes:
Personal assistance upon check-in by the Manager on Duty of the hotel
Chilled bottle of champagne
Fresh flower bouquet in your room as well as rose petals on the bed
Decorative candles to create a special romantic setting
CD player in the room accompanied by romantic love songs CD's
Romantic beach dinner. Enjoy a sumptuous and romantic private dinner
on the beach, surrounded by a cinematic view of the sea and lit torches.
While the sky is lit with stars, we offer a surprise 3-course menu created by
our Chef de Cuisine. (Beach dinner is food only. Drinks/Beverages are not
included).
Couples massage treatment, offered in the privacy of your room or room
balcony, or in one of the several special outdoor locations that the hotel
has to offer.

Add-on's to the package and corresponding prices:
Photo shoot by a professional photographer during the romantic dinner
for approximately 15 minutes, which you will receive on a disk the day
following your dinner at US$ 75.00
A drive through downtown Willemstad in our convertible 1926 company
Rolls Royce Landaulet prior to dinner at US$ 250.00
Musical performance by a romantic trio, playing love songs at your dinner
table for half an hour at US$ 115.00
Breakfast in bed served with a "Mimosa" at US$25 per person.
Please note that prices do not include 12% service charge and 6%
